- Yes. Karon Farm Coffee is open to public Mon/Thurs 9am to 4pm.
- How do I get to Karon Farm Coffee?
- Visit us at 5/10 Builders Close Wendouree - behind the KOH industries building.
- How do I track my order?
- Click on the link provided in your shipping email if it was posted. If you chose local delivery you will get an email on delivery day notifying you that its out for delivery (currently thursdays).
- How do I manage my subscription?

- Do you run barista courses?
- Yes. We hold Barista Basics home barista courses. These are held once every 2 months at Karon Farm Coffee. You can book into the next session via our website or email.
- I want to serve Karon Farm Coffee at my Cafe/Business. How do I make this happen?

- Can I buy a gift card?
- Yes. Go to https://karonfarmcoffee.com.au/collections/gifts to purchase digital gift cards.
- What’s the difference between Espresso and Filter roast?
- Espresso roast is usually darker and more finely ground, suited for brewing on espresso machines, resulting in a bold and concentrated flavour profile. Filter roast is lighter and coarser, which makes it more suited to filter brewing, such as pour-over, Aeropress, and plunger, yielding a more nuanced and delicate taste experience.
- Do you roast all of your coffee in Ballarat?
- Yes, all of our coffee is roasted at Karon Farm Coffee in Ballarat. Come and visit us during our open hours to see what we do!
- I want to start my own coffee brand. Do you offer contract roasting?
- We offer contract roasting solutions, including custom blends and packaging solutions. Contact us to arrange a meeting with our roasting and QC team.
