• Proper tamping and distribution technique
• Milk steaming and pouring
• Cleaning and equipment maintenance

• Unlimited coffee and Inglenook Dairy milk (Alt milk available too)
• Printed course material to take home

What equipment do we use

• PUQ Press auto tamp as well as manual tamp
• Commercial espresso machines
• Variety of grinders from single dose to prosumer to Commercial.
