This coffee is grown in Piatã by Renato Rodrigues, which is located between two mountain ranges, close to Chapada Diamantina National Park. It is the highest point in Bahia, with altitudes ranging from 1200m to 1400m above sea level. 

The high altitudes and temperatures, ranging from 10°C to 26°C, make Piatã a unique and privileged region for growing coffee in Brazil.

Renato Rodrigues and his family continue to produce exceptional, artisanal and pure coffee. They use 100% organic methods and traditional processing methods.

Ideally, grind coffee just prior to brewing for enhanced taste & aroma.
