This bean is easy to roast and is best served as a medium roast. It is from the Wahgi Valley and is one of our favourite beans, sparkles with acidity at a lighter roast and cocoa notes when taken darker.
Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant, lime and toffee throughout. Buttery body and sweet juicy finish.
