Our modern take on a traditional Italian roast just won silver at the Australian International Coffee Awards 2020
It is a seasonal blend made up of carefully selected single-origin beans from Brazil, PNG, India and Ethiopia.
The Brazilian beans add body, caramel flavours, and a lingering cocoa taste, the PNG lifts the mid-palate and adds enough acidity to cut through milk whilst building on the choc notes. The Indian beans add spice, earthiness and a tonne of crema, whilst the Ethiopian beans finish the blend with a hint of red berry & fruit notes.
