Freshness and delivery

Every bag is roasted to order at our Wendouree roastery and dispatched within 2 days. The roasted on date is printed on the bag.

The coffee is ready to brew as soon as it arrives and is at its best over the following 4 to 6 weeks. Keep it sealed, out of the light and away from heat.

Around Ballarat we deliver on our own local runs. Everywhere else goes by Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Lal Lal Falls is our lightest roast, cleaner and more delicate, and the better pick for filter, pourover or Moccamaster. If you drink flat whites, go Morning Habit. If you drink long blacks and filter, go Lal Lal Falls.

Do you have retail store locations?
Yes. We sell direct to the public from the roastery at 5/10 Builders Close, Wendouree, behind the KOH Industries building. Open Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
