For most cafés, we recommend servicing every 4–6 months.

Minor Service (4–6 months)
  • Full inspection
  • Replace group seals
  • Replace shower screens
  • Replace anti-vac valve
Major Service (8–12 months)
  • All minor service items
  • Full rebuild of steam and hot water taps
Minor Service (12–16 months)
  • Same scope as minor service
Major+ Service (18–24 months)
  • Major service scope
  • Flow meter inspection
  • Inspection for scale
  • System flush with descaler if required

Emergency Call-Outs

Available where scheduling allows.

$250 emergency call-out fee includes:

  • First 30 minutes of labour
  • Travel within 25km

Additional labour charged at $125/hr.

Grinder Servicing

We service all major commercial coffee grinders, including Mazzer, Mahlkönig, Anfim, Compak, Mythos and EK43.

Grinder servicing includes inspection, cleaning, burr assessment and calibration.
