How To Use:

  • Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
  • Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate to your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee (in a 200mL standard cup).
  • We recommend using demineralised water for optimal control of the remineralisation process.

Composition:

Our mineral concentrates are made of demineralised water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.

Ingredients:

  • TONIK: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate.
  • JAMM: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate.
  • LYLAC: water, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride.

Which grind should I choose?

Whole Bean: the freshest option if you have a grinder at home.

Espresso: home espresso machines such as Breville, Sunbeam, DeLonghi and Ninja.

Stovetop: moka pots and percolators.

Freshness and delivery

Every bag is roasted to order at our Wendouree roastery and dispatched within 2 days. The roasted on date is printed on the bag.

The coffee is ready to brew as soon as it arrives and is at its best over the following 4 to 6 weeks. Keep it sealed, out of the light and away from heat.

Around Ballarat we deliver on our own local runs. Everywhere else goes by Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
