The Brewista Smart Scale II has been developed with the barista in mind, featuring 6 easy to use modes.
It is perfect for both espresso and pour-over brewing methods and it now comes with a rechargeable battery!

- Mode 2: Espresso mode - Auto-tare and auto-timer with immediate timer start.
- Mode 3: Espresso mode - Auto-tare with a manual-timer start.
- Mode 4: Espresso mode - Auto-tare only, the timer is not active.
- Mode 5: Espresso mode - Auto-tare and auto-timer with timer starting when liquid hits cup.
- Mode 6: Pour Over mode - Manual tare and timer functions.

Whole Bean: the freshest option if you have a grinder at home.
Espresso: home espresso machines such as Breville, Sunbeam, DeLonghi and Ninja.
Stovetop: moka pots and percolators.
Aeropress: ground for the Aeropress.
Filter / Moccamaster: pour over, drip machines and batch brewers.
French Press: plunger coffee.

Every bag is roasted to order at our Wendouree roastery and dispatched within 2 days. The roasted on date is printed on the bag.
The coffee is ready to brew as soon as it arrives and is at its best over the following 4 to 6 weeks. Keep it sealed, out of the light and away from heat.
Around Ballarat we deliver on our own local runs. Everywhere else goes by Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
