There's nothing like Easter in Ballarat.
The leaves are turning, the mornings have that first real bite of autumn, and someone in your family has already eaten half the Easter eggs before Sunday breakfast.
Roasted here in Wendouree, our Easter Blend brings together high-grade pulped natural Brazil and a natural Ethiopia Sidama, roasted on the lighter side of medium to preserve the terroir.
Expect milk chocolate, cooked orange and toffee sweetness, with a syrupy body and a creamy finish. Think of it as the good chocolate. The kind worth slowing down for.
Best enjoyed with your hands wrapped around a warm mug while the autumn leaves do their thing across the Botanical Gardens and the kids are distracted by the giant Easter eggs on Sturt Street.
