The Series 1 is Fellow's first espresso machine and it's a serious piece of gear. Single boiler with their three-stage Boosted Boiler system, so it warms up fast and holds temperature shot after shot. You get a 58mm group head, proper PID control and pre-infusion built in, the same fundamentals you'd find on a café machine, in a footprint that fits a home kitchen.

What sets it apart is how much it helps you get better. The full colour display gives you real time feedback on every shot and suggests what to change if your extraction is off. Preset profiles cover different roast levels if you just want good coffee with no fuss, and once you know what you're doing you can build and save your own recipes, adjusting pressure, temperature and flow.

The steam wand senses milk temperature, stops itself at target and purges automatically after use. Velvety microfoam without babysitting it.

It ships with everything you need to start pulling shots properly, including a bottomless portafilter, both single wall and pressurised 18g baskets, a tamper, a milk pitcher and a full cleaning kit. No extra trips to the checkout for the basics.

Stainless steel and brass construction with Walnut or Maple timber accents, available in Black, Sesame + Maple and Cherry Red + Walnut.

Pair it with a fresh bag from the roastery and it will show you exactly what your coffee can do.
