The French Mint Drinking Chocolate is a delightful classic chocolate-mint pairing. Craig subtly blends fine Original cocoa with freshly extracted peppermint oil from a French master. The exquisitely complex, lovely high notes of peppermint marry harmoniously with the deep-toned cocoa.

French Mint Drinking Chocolate is made using most of the cocoa bean. The high cocoa butter content gives the cocoa a remarkable textural mouth feel when it blends with hot milk. This creates an incredibly sumptuous and invigorating hot chocolate experience.

The quality cocoa beans together with a minimum of processing mean it has very high levels of antioxidants and flavonoids. These are the great "health-giving" properties of fine chocolate.

Freshness and delivery

Every bag is roasted to order at our Wendouree roastery and dispatched within 2 days. The roasted on date is printed on the bag.

The coffee is ready to brew as soon as it arrives and is at its best over the following 4 to 6 weeks. Keep it sealed, out of the light and away from heat.

Around Ballarat we deliver on our own local runs. Everywhere else goes by Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
