This is our first Blend utilising only organically grown beans.
The base bean from Colombia (not Columbia) brings body, sweetness, hints of stone fruit flavours and a wonderful toffee finish.
The addition of a Guatemalan bean (grown at 1600-1800 Mt) that upon picking is fermented in tanks for 36 hours, then washed 3 times before being sun dried compliments the base, and adds flavours of Peach, Raisin sweetness and a finish reminiscent of dark chocolate.
This blend really shines in a milk based drink like Lattes, Flat white’s or Cappucino
