A scale made to sit on the drip tray. You weigh the shot as it pours and time it with the built-in timer, instead of balancing a kitchen scale on the edge of the machine.
Dose in, yield out, time. Those three numbers decide most of whether a shot tastes sweet or sour, and they are hard to repeat by eye. Weigh them every time and you can change one thing, taste the result, and know what did it.
The detachable tray takes a cup or your portafilter, so the dose gets weighed too. The display is sloped for easy reading, and the scale is IP65 water resistant, so drips and a wipe down are no problem.

Every bag is roasted to order at our Wendouree roastery and dispatched within 2 days. The roasted on date is printed on the bag.
The coffee is ready to brew as soon as it arrives and is at its best over the following 4 to 6 weeks. Keep it sealed, out of the light and away from heat.
Around Ballarat we deliver on our own local runs. Everywhere else goes by Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
