The Swiss water process uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine while preserving all the coffee's original characteristics. Our seal means you're getting the very best cup of decaf, free of chemicals or residual processing flavors.

Which grind should I choose?
Whole Bean: the freshest option if you have a grinder at home.
Espresso: home espresso machines such as Breville, Sunbeam, DeLonghi and Ninja.
Stovetop: moka pots and percolators.
Aeropress: ground for the Aeropress.
Filter / Moccamaster: pour over, drip machines and batch brewers.
French Press: plunger coffee.

Every bag is roasted to order at our Wendouree roastery and dispatched within 2 days. The roasted on date is printed on the bag.
The coffee is ready to brew as soon as it arrives and is at its best over the following 4 to 6 weeks. Keep it sealed, out of the light and away from heat.
Around Ballarat we deliver on our own local runs. Everywhere else goes by Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
